Two-piece wedding dress for an intimate wedding

To celebrate their 5th wedding anniversary, Esther wanted to surprise her husband.

I remember when she called me to tell me about her idea to secretly hold an intimate ceremony and celebrate her “wooden wedding anniversary.” She wanted to relive her wedding in the same place where they got married.

They weren’t particularly thrilled to be part of this intimate event at the beautiful eco-hotel Masía la Garriga . It was just the four of them: the two of them and their two young daughters.

We have known Esther for a long time, since she used to hold her workshops in this magical place in the forest of Masía La Garriga, and we are loyal followers of her day-to-day life, on her parenting and lifestyle blog Estoreta .

If you follow her, you’ll know she has exquisite taste and is passionate about handmade items. That’s why Nina and I were so thrilled when she chose us to make her dress.

Estehr wanted a practical dress, “not too bridal,” that she could reuse on other occasions. A two-piece dress was the ideal option for her.

She chose a dusty rose tulle skirt and the 3D guipure lace top, the Olivia model. The skirt perfectly matched the flower crown that Maca from Hip and Love made for her.

They slept in the same room as on their wedding night. Esther had the phrase “always ours” engraved in large letters, a phrase that “reminds us so much of our beginnings and connects us to what unites you with your partner. A message that makes us feel at home.”

She also recreated the menu and menu from her wedding, this time with updated dates.

“It was a simple celebration, just the four of us, full of small details, which I loved preparing for weeks. And in the end, it’s these moments that we’re left with, the time we spent thinking about those we love.”
