Getting married in winter is a choice that is as magical as it is extraordinary.
The wedding of Anna Guix and Ricardo is proof that a Christmas wedding can become a true benchmark of contemporary style.
A celebration where bridal fashion, family heritage and craftsmanship conversed in perfect harmony.
And if there was one absolute star on this day, it was her wedding dress with a corset, custom-designed in our Barcelona atelier.
Beyond the dress: a process with meaning
Anna wanted a truly wintery look. And she achieved it through pieces that are currently trending, but which here take on a personal meaning.
Her sensitivity to the old, the familiar, and the inherited connected naturally with our way of understanding bridal fashion: from craftsmanship, personal history, and the unique character of each bride.
Organizing her dress from Luxembourg was no obstacle. From the start, Anna was very clear about one thing: she didn’t want to keep her dress in a box.
Therefore, the design was conceived as a wedding dress with a corset and separate skirt. A mermaid skirt in crepe satin, draped at the hip, accompanied the movement with a restrained and elegant sensuality.
The central focus of the design was a strapless corset in Chantilly lace with gold thread, a piece of authentic bridal corsetry that outlines the silhouette with almost architectural precision.
This dress didn’t come from a catalog.
It is born from listening, understanding and building from scratch in our bridal atelier in Barcelona, where each design is developed in a handcrafted and personalized way.
