Exchanges and returns
General information
All items can be returned free of charge, except for custom-made wedding dresses and veils. Since wedding dresses and veils are not kept in stock, they are made to order with specific measurements, therefore returns are not accepted on these two items.
Our refund and return policy is 20 days. If 20 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a specified period of 2 days.
Items on sale
Only regular-priced items will be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Changes
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to info@larca.es.
