Exchanges and returns
General information
All items can be returned free of charge, except wedding dresses and veils made to order. Wedding dresses and veils, as we do not have stock, are made to order and with specific measurements, so no returns are allowed on these two items.
Our refund and return policy is 20 days. If 20 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, we will process the refund in the original payment method, within a specified 2 days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items will be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at [email protected].
Return shipping
We take care of the return shipping cost of your products. To return your product, take it to the nearest MRW carrier office and we will take care of the return. We will tell you by email the steps to follow.
