A tribute to antique lace

THE LACE is a true statement of intent. Our collection focuses on lace and explores its relationship between past and present. It merges classic elegance with a contemporary vision, resulting in unique pieces designed for today’s most daring and sophisticated brides.

The dresses in this collection are characterized by their fluidity and movement, achieved through a mix of dropped waists, deep necklines, and skirts with ruffles and godets. The combination of antique Chantilly and Alençon lace with more opaque fabrics, such as wild silk and organza, offers a poetic fusion of nostalgia and modernity.

The dresses are made with antique lace and 19th-century fabrics, steeped in history and sentiment. The aim is to celebrate the value of craftsmanship and keep tradition alive, while adapting it to the tastes and needs of modern brides.

Each piece of “The Lace” has been crafted with a philosophy of sustainability in mind. At L’Arca, every scrap of fabric and lace is used, following a zero-waste process where nothing goes to waste. For example, leftover lace is used to create delicate details such as the trim on the veils.

The new collection includes a selection of silk tulle veils with 3D embroidery and translucent materials placed in a cap style, knotted in a Juliet style.
