Woody Allen’s film, Vicky Cristina Barcelona, offers viewers a glimpse into more than one familiar corner of the Catalan capital. But it’s not just the locations that might seem familiar; practically all the clothing worn by the lead actress in the film is part of L’Arca’s collection.

The Barcelona-based firm was responsible for lending part of its collection to the costume team, directed by Sonia Grandes. In the film, Penélope Cruz wears ad-lip dresses, antique lace petticoats, and slip dresses—among many other pieces. The role of María Elena earned the Spanish actress the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress.
