TIMING

The average shipping time for this dress is 4 to 6 weeks. If you need to receive your dress more quickly, please send us an email beforehand to guarantee that we can make your dress within the required time.

SIZE

All our suits come in EU sizes 36, 38, 40, 42, 44 (see size guide). We recommend that before placing your order you take your measurements and check the size well in our measurement table. To ensure that the dress fits perfectly to your body, you must correctly measure your bust, waist and hip contours.

DESIGN MODIFICATIONS

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our wedding dresses are made to order with the specific size of each bride. For this reason, we do not accept exchanges or returns. From the L’Arca team we want you to be convinced of your choice. For this reason, we offer you the possibility of sending you additional photos and even a sample of the fabrics of some of our dresses. For more information contact us.

FINAL ADJUSTMENTS AND ALTERATIONS

Our dresses are designed so that they do not require large adjustments. Maybe you need to pick up the bass or do some simple arrangement. In that case, we recommend that you go to a trusted dressmaker in your area. If you live near Barcelona, we offer you the possibility of making these adjustments in our atelier at an additional cost./p>

L’Arca Barcelona no se hace cargo de los costes e impuestos aduaneros en las Islas Canarias ni fuera de la península.

Los envíos a Europa tendrán un coste adicional que varía de 25 a 30 euros.

El coste de envío fuera de Europa dependerá de la distancia, volumen de la mercancía, así como de su peso y se informará al cliente de su valor para que realice el pago. En ningún caso dicho coste estará incluido en el precio de venta de los artículos mostrados en la página.

La entrega de los pedidos se realizará una vez L’Arca verifique su pago en su cuenta bancaria, siendo este plazo de 3 días laborables para la península, 5 para Baleares y Canarias y un máximo de 7 días laborables para Europa. En el resto de situaciones no definidas se informará al cliente del tiempo de entrega.

Se podrán hacer devoluciones gratis por cualquier motivo en un plazo máximo de 10 días naturales desde la recepción del pedido siempre y cuando los artículos se encuentren en las mismas condiciones en las que fueron entregados.

El reembolso se realizará en la misma forma de pago utilizada en la compra.
